Fourth day

Breakfast: a glass of orange juice.

Lunch: Slice of grilled fish and a cup of mushroom soup.

Dinner: a glass of lemon juice and a pack of skim yogurt.

Fifth day

Breakfast: a cup of skim milk.

Lunch: 1 cup of lean chicken soup and 1 cup of apple juice.

Dinner: a glass of fruit juice and a pack of skim yogurt.
Sixth day

Breakfast: a cup of green tea.

Lunch: A plate of vegetable salad, a cup of vegetable soup and a glass of apple juice.

Dinner: a glass of fruit juice and a pack of skim yogurt.

Seventh day

Breakfast: a cup of tea and a pack of skim yogurt.

Lunch: 1 cup of lean meat soup and 1 cup of fruit juice.

Dinner: a glass of orange juice and a pack of skim yogurt.

Juices allowed to drink in the diet of liquids

Orange juices, guava, pineapple, kiwi, oranges with lemon, carrots, cherries, parsley and tomatoes.

Juices not allowed to drink in the diet of liquids

Fig juices, dates or dates and cherries.

Foods not allowed in the diet of liquids

Potatoes, taro, cowpea and white beans.
